I am pretty sure I have a reason to be angry now since I haven't received my package after almost 6 months they have not replied to my emails and my tracking number has disappeared and after ordering my parents have had troubles with their credit cards I am a teenager and I just wanted the products but now I have been asking for a full refund!

Best skincare ever!!

Terrible customer service. Never reply to emails. Never reply to comments about orders on Instagram. Never reply to DM's. The products are so cheap and so small. The skin tint is so tacky, doesn't blend at all, looks darker when you blend it and smells disgusting. The concealer is so thick and hard to blend in and makes my pores clog up. The blush is okay but if you put too much it makes you look like a tomato. The 16 wishes palette is terrible. There is no pigmentation and they don't blend. The lip glosses are sticky and feel heavy on and come off within 5 minutes. The eye balm isn't cooling or hydrating. The moisturiser dries out my skin. The face mist is okay but do not use after doing makeup or it washes it off. Very bad experience. Should be aimed at young children not teens. Pitiful.

They don't reply to emails. I've been waiting for the package for two months. $135 is gone :)))) I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

The products I received were delivered in a wet box after a bottle had opened. All the Holiday Gift Set boxes were destroyed. I've been attempting to reach them for weeks now to no avail. I've left messages, emailed, reached out via Instagram.....nothing. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

The worst customer service, ever.
I bought almost U$100 in products and After I month they sent me another product that I never ordered. After sending them a question regarding this matter, they answered that It was a mistake and I just need to pay for the shipping and they would refund my money. Really? Do I have to pay for the shipping regarding something that I didn't order?

This is very good! The things I’ve ordered here is so good and does not irritate my skin. Took a pretty long time to come to me. And the ship and some things was expensive. But if you live in the USA. ORDER ORDER ORDER! I love the peel of mask have ordered it twice and it’s no scam or stealing money! Love it.

Got my little sister the skincare set plus another eye pads cuz she loves them. It was a good deal, not so expensive and perfect for my 13 year old sister since other products don't usually suit her skin. Delivered the products fast as well. Overall, a satisified brother
